Businesses NOT Allowed to operate in MECQ Areas

Manila, Philippines - Starting May 16, Metro Manila will enter a new phase of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), the MODIFIED Enhanced Community Quarantine.

I saw an article from Inquirer about Businesses allowed to resume operations in MECQ areas by Krissy Aguilar. I felt great because little by little economic activity is returning. That's good news, right? So going back to the article, there is a long list of businesses that can operate in areas under MECQ. And short list of business NOT allowed to resume operations in MECQ.

The following business are not allowed to resume operations in areas under MECQ:

8. Amusement Park

As unfortunate as it is, I think, 2020 is not the year for amusement parks. Let's just amuse ourselves with the things we can find in our home. Maybe, it's time to play with the Scrabble you had for years, or check if you can still play the Solitaire (Google offers a free Solitaire game). *or whatever ha ha ha*

9. Library/Archives

A library is a place of solitude. This is the place where you can sleep, I mean read peacefully. Check your reading list and find the eBook on Amazon. Or maybe, you have that book in your closet, having a party with the spider webs. *wink wink*
